Devin M. Misour

Devin Misour is an associate at Farrell & Reisinger whose practice is primarily focused on federal criminal litigation, e-discovery matters, and sports law.  He previously served as a law clerk to the Hon. Joy Flowers Conti on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Hon. D. Michael Fisher on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  Mr. Misour's experience in the judiciary has given him a unique understanding of federal law and practice at both the trial and appellate levels. 

Prior to serving as a law clerk, Mr. Misour served as an adjunct professor of law and Special Assistant to Dean Ken Gormley at Duquesne University School of Law, where he taught a course on appellate advocacy and conducted research on both federal and Pennsylvania constitutional law. 

Mr. Misour received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Duquesne University School of Law, where he was a staff member for the Duquesne Law Review, and a B.A., cum laude, in Philosophy and Political Science at Syracuse University. 

Mr. Misour is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
